Occupations in TEERs 0, 1, 2 and 3 are allowed to apply for Express Entry programs. The new NOC categories will help fulfill the vacancies in high-demand sectors such as healthcare, construction and transportation. 16 new occupations are included in the Express Entry according to the February 2022 IRCC Memo.
